AMSOIL X-Treme Synthetic Food Grade Grease provides superior non-toxic
lubrication in food and pharmaceutical industry equipment. It is USDA H-1
rated for incidental contact with food. AMSOIL X-Treme is an ultra-premium
NGLI #2 aluminum complex synthetic extreme pressure grease designed for high
levels of protection in wide operating temperature extremes. This product
provides exceptional performance in temperatures ranging from -35°F to 350°F
(up to 400°F in intermittent use situations), making it suitable for both
hot and cold applications.

Protection
AMSOIL X-Treme Synthetic Food Grade Grease resists water
washout, ensuring that the grease will stay in place when
exposed to water during washing and rinsing. It also resists the harmful effects of water,
including rust and corrosion, and enhances the
longevity of components frequently exposed to water.
Excellent Load Bearing Capacity
AMSOIL X-Treme Synthetic Food Grade Grease's excellent load bearing capacity protects machinery from wear over a broad range
of applied loads, eliminating metal-to-metal contact in
processing equipment. It's excellent extreme pressure
capabilities reduce friction and heat, helping systems run cool
and efficiently.
Provides Versatility
AMSOIL X-Treme Synthetic Food Grade Grease resists breakdown
when exposed to heat and oxygen and it has excellent pumpability
in cold temperatures, which allows this grease to be used in
place of separate high- and low-temperature greases. Food
industry equipment such as preparation, processing and packaging
machinery require special greases that must be both efficient
and non-toxic. AMSOIL X-Treme offers versatility.
Extended Service Life/Long Shelf Life
AMSOIL X-Treme Synthetic Food Grade Grease resists oxidation,
high temperature degradation and additive depletion so
effectively, it may be used for longer service intervals than
conventional greases. AMSOIL X-Treme Synthetic Food Grade Grease
also resists oil separation and offers a long shelf life.
Compatibility
AMSOIL X-Treme Synthetic Food Grade Grease
is compatible with lithium complex and anhydrous
calcium greases. It is not compatible with Barium
Complex, Calcium Stearate, Calcium Complex, Clay,
Lithium Stearate, Lithium 12 Hydroxy and
conventional Polyurea greases. Applications
AMSOIL X-Treme Synthetic Food Grade Grease
is recommended for use in all types of equipment
and machinery used to prepare, process, package
and produce food and pharmaceuticals in which
incidental contact with the lubricant is possible.
It also features excellent pumpability for use
with automatic lubricating systems.
