It's Not A Mistake! AMSOIL Saber™ Synthetic Pre-Mix 2-Cycle Oils Are Formulated to Be Mixed at the Economical 100:1 Ratio

The most striking thing to most customers about AMSOIL Saber™ Synthetic Pre-Mix 2-Cycle Oils are their 100:1 mix ratios. Why can AMSOIL Saber™ be mixed at 100:1 while other products are mixed at anywhere from 50:1 to 32:1? It's no mystery. The answer has to do with solvents, or in this case a lack of them. Solvents often comprise as much as 20 to 30 percent of a conventional premix two-cycle oil. However, AMSOIL Saber™ Synthetic Pre-Mix 2-Cycles Oils use a proprietary formulation that makes use of esters and no solvents. This technology actually delivers solvency characteristics while improving lubricity. Since AMSOIL Saber™ is 100 percent active, it can be mixed at the economical 100:1 rate. AMSOIL Saber™ Synthetic Pre-Mix 2-Cycle Oils are very cost effective compared to oils mixed at 50:1 or richer.

Excellent Protection Against Rust During Off-Season Storage

AMSOIL Saber™ Synthetic Pre-Mix 2-Cycle Oils contain special rust and corrosion inhibitors, providing two-cycle engines with excellent protection, especially during off-season storage.

Applications

• AMSOIL Saber™ Professional Synthetic Pre-Mix 2-Cycle Oil is specifically designed for small engines including, but not limited to, chain saws, lawn equipment, blowers, chop saws, pumps, scooters and go-carts. It is also very good for use in motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATVs, jet boats and personal watercraft.

  • Use at a mix ratio of 100:1 in normal service. In severe service applications, such as commercial equipment operations and racing, use at 50:1 to 80:1 mix ratios. (See Mix Ratio Chart below.)

  • AMSOIL Saber™ Professional is available in a 3.5-ounce bilingual (English/Spanish) container, which is ideal for treating the 2 to 2.5-gallon cans of gas commonly used for storing mixed gas on the job.

• AMSOIL Saber™ Outboard Synthetic Pre-Mix 2-Cycle Oil is specifically designed for outboard motors. It is also very good for personal watercraft, jet boats, motorcycles, snowmobiles and ATVs.
