Praises AMSOIL!

LNG
Publishing Company, Inc.
In the March 2003 issue of
Lubes 'n' Greases,
Automotive Editor David McFall wrote an
in-depth article on the subject of extended oil drain intervals and
touted AMSOIL as a safe, cost-effective and environmentally preferred
choice. He praised AMSOIL for their commitment to excellence and labeled
AMSOIL "unshackled"
for never conforming to industry norms and standards.

Pennzoil, Quaker State, Valvoline, Castrol and more!

AMSOIL 10w30 Motor Oil and ten
competing oils were subjected to a series of tests. These tests were
performed in accordance with American Society of Testing and Materials
(ASTM) test procedures. No oil outperformed AMSOIL in any of the tests!
A comparison also reveals that AMSOIL costs less to use than all the
competing motor oils! See the
impressive test results!

Why is the Average Oil Drain Interval
in
Europe at 10,000 Miles?
|
|
 |
 |
According to Lubes 'n' Greases
Automotive Editor David McFall (February 2003), the average
gasoline engine oil drain interval in Europe approached 10,000
miles. He credited a tiered motor oil system that distinguishes
the higher quality oils from the lower quality oils, which
allows European vehicle manufacturers to encourage longer drain
intervals, if a higher quality oil is used.
No standards currently exist in the U.S. that
distinguishes premium synthetic oils, such as AMSOIL, from
conventional motor oils. There is no rating system that will
actually rate oils as to their quality level and drain interval
capabilities. Unfortunately, in the U.S., motor oils are only
required to pass a
minimum quality standard.
U.S. consumers deserve the same rating system the
Europeans have. Until that happens, you can rest assured knowing
that for over 35 years AMSOIL has been manufacturing premium
long-life synthetic motor oils and countless motorists have
successfully used AMSOIL at the drain interval recommendations
of AMSOIL, Inc. -- AMSOIL is a
proven top-tier
oil! |
In a subsequent article (March 2003),
David McFall writes:
"Amsoil,
which claims to be the world's largest independent marketer of
synthetic engine oil, stakes its reputation on longer drain
intervals (up to 35,000 miles) and backs it up with a full
replacement engine warranty. Moreover, it has done so for three
decades without a single proven case of oil-related failure in an
engine covered by its warranty."
McFall added, "Purists can sniff
that Amsoil's data isn't derived from a controlled field study, but
the sheer mountain of vehicle miles over three decades, and the
absence of any confirmed performance, wear or maintenance issues,
speaks volumes." McFall labeled AMSOIL, "a flat-out bargain" and
credited AMSOIL for providing an environmental bonus.
